Privacy Policy

Pecly ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pecly mobile application and website at https://pecly.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
Information we collect
Photos you provide
When you select or capture a photo to edit, that image is processed to deliver the retouching service. Photos are sent to our servers only for the purpose of generating your edit and are not used to train public AI models without your consent.
Account and subscription data
If you subscribe to Pecly Pro, purchase and renewal information is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive subscription status from those platforms to unlock Pro features in the app. We do not store your full payment card details.
Auto-renewing subscriptions: Pecly Pro is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel at any time in your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period; after that, your account returns to the free plan.
Usage, analytics, and event tracking
To understand how Pecly is used and to improve the product experience, we collect usage and event data when you interact with the app. This can include which screens you open, which styles or features you try, subscription and paywall interactions, session length, app version, device type, operating system, and general performance or error information.
We use this information to measure feature adoption, fix bugs, improve reliability, and make the app easier and more enjoyable to use. Where enabled, analytics providers such as PostHog and Mixpanel process these events on our behalf. On iOS, we may ask for your permission under App Tracking Transparency before using your device identifier for certain analytics or advertising measurement; you can change this choice anytime in your device settings.
Diagnostics
We may also collect anonymized crash reports and performance data to keep the app stable. This is separate from product analytics and is used only to diagnose technical issues.

You can delete all local app data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data in the Pecly app.
